Top of the line, fully furnished Gardenia Designer home (2100 sf.) tastefully decorated in Floridian style. Wonderful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings all rooms and lanai have ceiling fans. Lovely eat-in kitchen with a 45-inch round glass table with four chairs in the nook.
Typical Florida landscape, and two car garage with golf cart add-on, complete with night-driveable golf cart. Features a large master suite with walk-in-closet, large bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Second bedroom, bath and den complete with computer desk area are on another wing of home with separate accordion door to close of entire area for more privacy.
The disappearing sliders in the living room and dining room open wider than most so that there is an open air feeling. Sliding glass doors also open into the lanai from the master bedroom. Situated in the Village of Liberty Park on a cul-du-sac backing up to a large pond full of birds and wildlife. A 15 minute cart ride to Sumter landing and close to Cane Garden Championship Golf Club and restaurant along with several of the executive golf courses. Shopping and restaurants are nearby on both Routes 466, 466A and all are accessible by golf cart.
Sit back on your comfortable 28x8 lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while watching the Cranes, Herons, Eckerts and other birds then come back to the lanai in the evening to watch the sun set on the pond. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at many of the nearby restaurants, clubs, and bar and grills. Relax in one the nearby pools and then head down to one of the two town squares, Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs for dinner and a movie or dancing with live music nightly. So many new restaurants are opening all the time; you are never bored with the same choices.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within seven days of booking, returned within 60 days upon satisfactory inspection.
Rental payment in full is due 60 days prior to rental.
Rental payment includes $100 cleaning cost, 9% Sumter County Use Sales Tax and $50 Temporary ID fees (The executive golf courses are free with these temporary resident ID cards. The $50 fee entitles you to two ID cards per household. The ID also allows access to the exclusive Katie Belle's nightclub and Cattle Baron restaurant.) Multiple month bookings receive priority over single months.

Why the Owner Chose The Villages
David and Sunny are active seniors who enjoy golf, bicycling, and other outside activities. We are looking forward to living in the Villages full-time when we retire.

David and Sunny Hester are both currently federal government employees working in the Washington, DC area. David is retired military and Sunny is an OD Practitioner.
