The one bedroom apartment was built as a brand new in-law unit in 2006. The main house is a classic 1860's Edwardian house. Everything is new - carpets, hardwood floors, tile, kitchen and bathroom. Clean and very cozy.
Located in one of San Francisco's trendiest neighborhoods. It's one block from Union Street, which has bars, restaurants and shopping galore. It's a 3 minute drive to the beach or a 1.5 mile walk. The apartment has a great backyard for San Francisco. There's a basketball court and a sandbox...ideal for kids.

Why the Owner Chose Pacific Heights
Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow is our favorite neighborhood in San Francisco. We have lived in other areas of the City and decided to do our remodel here, because it was the ideal location to raise kids, since it's safe and everything is walking distance.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The 1 bedroom was built in 2006, so everything is clean and new. It is one block from Union Street, which has bars, restaurants and shopping. It's walking distance to parks and a 3 minute drive to the beach. It's also very close to Fillmore and Chestnut streets, which have more shopping, bars and restaurants.
