1.5 miles to the north is Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island where you can catch a ferry to the USA’s #1 beach on Caladesi Island. Travel 1.5 miles south to downtown Dunedin where you’ll find specialty shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, festivals and craft fairs. Walk 1 block to the water’s edge to watch beautiful sunsets over Caladesi Island and the Gulf of Mexico. A short 10 minute car ride is the famous Clearwater Beach. Dunedin’s waterfront Edgewater Park parallels the marina at Main Street’s west end. Walk, rollerblade, or bike ride on the Pinellas Trail 1 block away.

Dunedin is the Spring Training home for the Toronto Blue Jays. Also nearby are the Philadelphia Phillies (Clearwater), New York Yankees (Tampa), Detroit Tigers, (Lakeland), Pittsburgh Pirates (Bradenton), and Cincinnati Reds (Sarasota).

We enjoy the Dunedin area and its proximity to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks. Honeymoon and Caladesi are two of the few remaining undeveloped barrier islands in the state.
