Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
I chose to purchase this property because of its location on the "quieter" North End of Carolina Beach. I called this place home for the first few years and really got a great opportunity to appreciate all that this community offers to both residents and vacationers.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My place is close to the Wilmington (ILM) airport, Interstate I-40, boating, charter fishing ventures, ferries, the North Carolina Aquarium, Boardwalk, bicycle/kayak rentals and so much more. I knew this would be a great investment. When my place isn't rented I "treat" myself to some quiet relaxation myself.
Fireworks on Thursday eves, Music on weekends, Amusement rides, shopping, dining, outdoor activity rentals (bikes, kayaks, etc.)
