This is one of the best deluxe units available for rent at the Kihei Kai Nani. Beautiful Kamaole II Beach is just across the street. Our condo units #102 and #202 are located in Building 1 which offers the finest ocean views available at Kihei Kia Nani.
Aside from a spectacular full ocean view, our unit has been newly remodeled and furnished with contemporary decor. Since we spend a lot of time in our two units at the Kihei Kai Nani, we consider Maui our home away from home. Our units are in impeccable condition and more comfortable and updated than your average Maui rental. If you are interested in renting two units, please inquire, because our units are directly above/below each other.

We are a recently retired couple that lives part-time on Maui and part-time in Louisville, Colorado. We purchased our first unit at the Kihei Kai Nani in 2002 and recently purchased this second unit, directly below our other unit.
Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
We love Maui, and the Kihei Kai Nani is in a perfect location. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The Kihei Kai Nani is close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and some of the best golf courses in the world. We feel like we're at home as soon as we turn into the parking lot!

Excellent value on a great place to stay! Stayed at Kihei Kai Nani with other couples and this unit by far was the nicest and most up to date. Loved the Bathroom and Kitchen. Great Kitchen for cooking with everything you might need including nice pots, pans, utensils etc. Nice modern furniture throughout. Especially loved the leather recliner which is very comfortable (couldnt help but take a few naps in it). The patio is a great place to sit for morning coffee and view the ocean or Haleakela while listening to the birds. The entire complex is very clean and well maintained and everything you might need is within a short walking distance. Would highly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Gary and Jane for a wonderful stay in Maui. We''ll be back

I had the most fantastic vacation at this condo and on the island of Maui. The tasteful furnishings provided a cool and quiet place to relax. Local themed and abstract art added to the stimulating yet soothing experience of just hanging out in this spacious first floor abode. Atmospheric lighting revealed the high level of craftsmanship in the wooden shelves, frosted glass, concrete countertops and stone shower which was quite a treat for a beach condo in Maui! The island themed bedroom provided privacy, natural light, and an opportunity for much needed deep rest while I enjoyed listening to the sound of ocean waves. Big screen televisions in both bedroom and living area and a well equipped kitchen provided all the comforts and conveniences of home. I never tired of sipping wine while enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the lanai. I loved picking bananas and starfruit from the trees on the property. The on site herb garden was so much fun to use for gourmet cooking with friends. Shopping, natural food stores, surfing lessons, and dining were all available within walking distance. The condo comes with the use of the local island discount at nearby Foodland. The lovely Kama’ole II Beach across the street is ideal for snorkeling, swimming, and exciting whale watching. Just a short drive away, I experienced the luxury setting of the beaches and dining at the Four Seasons Hotel in Wailea. I drove upcountry to the Tedeschi Winery where I toured the historic property of a past Hawaiian era while tasting the same sparkling wines served at the White House by both Presidents Reagan and Obama. I would also highly recommend a visit to the Aquarium at the Maui Ocean Center filled with exciting shark viewings and knowledgeable friendly marine biologists. This is a great location to schedule a whale watching tour with the Pacific Whale Foundation. This unit and Kihei was the perfect place to stay comfortably and affordably. This central location was a great jumping off point for other Island experiences and views. Can’t wait to go back and reunite with the friendly folks that I met there! I would definitely rent this unit again!

We just returned from staying in Gary and Jane's lovely Hawaiian home 2 days ago. We enjoyed using their well-appointed kitchen to create culinary delights; their cooler, chairs and beach towels for adventures to Kite beach, Makena, and Hoo'ikipa; Taco Tuesdays just next door for 1/2 price calamari tacos; and the sunsets just across the street at Kamaole II beach. Well maintained grounds, helpful office staff and great amenities. Recommend snorkeling at Black Rock in Kaanapali, rent your gear in Kihei for a fraction of the cost; eat at Milagros in Paia more than once - you'll see what we mean. the lunch special last week that was out of this world was a blackened opa burger with fries. Mark had the seared Ahi burrito with sweet chili sauce. Kanaha beach near the Kahului airport is the spot for kite boarding and windsurfing - we rented nearby on Dairy Road at the Maui dive shop (Mark brought his kites,rented a board) SUP boards would be great just across from the condo - next time we hope to make time for that. looking forward to our return trip to Maui and the hospitality of Jane and Gary :)

This Kihei Kai Nani condo has been tastefully updated, very nicely decorated, has a comfortable queen sized bed and anything anyone could possibly need. It is conveniently located and in walking distance to the beach (just across the street), shops and restaurants including our personal favorite “Cafe O’Lei”.
