Wiggins Lakes is a quiet oasis in a superb North Naples location, minutes to the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. With a desirable location, and close to the heated pool, this unit is pristine and elegant. It is fully furnished, and features cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, and also has decorator furnishings, a large well-equipped kitchen, and even a breakfast room, filled with morning sun. There are two bedrooms-one with King bed, and the second with two Twin Beds, each with a full bath. The den has a comfortable couch, and a desk for your computer. There is also an attached garage. Sip your morning coffee on the lanai and look over the beautiful preserve view. It's quiet and peaceful!
Five minutes to Delnor Wiggins State Park, named one of the "Top 10" beaches in America! Enjoy its sparkling waters, powdery sand, and miles of shelling beaches. A beach pass is included with your rental. There is also a marina nearby, for launching your boat or jet ski.
Then, in the evening, you can take a short drive to downtown Naples-with its entertainment, theaters, art galleries, and fine dining. Or go to the Naples Philharmonic and enjoy world class entertainment-just 10 minutes from the condo. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people, this is the Naples lifestyle!

This home at Wiggins Lake is truly a find! The condo is so beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. We felt welcomed the moment we walked through the door. For us it was "Renters' Heaven"! The condo was very well equipped and the location is perfect. The owners are such a pleasure to work with. They did so much to make our stay "over the top"! We highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a visit to the Naples area. You won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Age 55+.

After spending so much time in Naples since 1988, this home at Wiggins Lake was the most welcoming, enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful rental we experienced in Naples! The decor is extremely lovely and the home had all the essentials needed. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the close proximity to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The landlords were the most caring, gracious and individuals. We appreciated everything they did for us to make our three months stay in Naples 2010 a most enjoyable one.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
