Exquisite gourmet kitchen with open beam ceilings and open concept into main living areas which includes: gorgeous granite counters, stainless appliances, center island with prep sink, the usual small appliances of toaster, coffee maker etc.. All cooking, serving and eating utensils are there. There is also a phone, intercom and message center.
Beautifully hand crafted solid table for twelve (12) with artisan crafted chandelier and bamboo flooring, carpeting, custom furnishings and original artwork - including Tromp L'oeil everywhere you look. The gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker. It also includes a wood center island, ceramic top range with hood, granite countertops and custom cabinetry.
The living room has very comfortable furniture for enjoying the huge rock fireplace. The family room seats 12 with a large entertainment center. Custom floor to ceiling stone fireplace, elegant goose down furniture and seating arrangement - includes a small piano and all bamboo flooring. Office with Wi-Fi, desk and chair with book collection.
An exquisite game room with air hockey, pool table, darts, a full wet bar and a big screen TV for the whole family to enjoy. Connoisseurs delight with a wine cellar w/ wine chiller, custom cabinetry and wrought iron wall sculptures. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean in every room in the home. The crowsnest has breathtaking ocean views. The famous Twin Rocks can be seen too. This home is perfect for family reunions, quilters, scrap booking groups and business retreats.

Why the Owner Chose Rockaway Beach
Over many years of family vacations my family understands that life can be hectic however, vacations are a place and time to relax and reconnect with what matters ... family and friends. We've tried renting homes in many locations and although nice, often they were small - based upon our limited family budget. As our vacations and family reunions began to grow, it became quite stressful trying to find a place to accommodate young & old for an extended period of time. When we found the "Oregon Coast" we knew this was the place for us. It was 15 minutes away from world class fishing, sand dunes, Tillamook Cheese Factory, fine dining and shopping, and award winning wineries. There is something for everyone at this home ... we love it and want others to enjoy it with the special people in their lives.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are a family that believes in working hard, and when the opportunity is available to enjoy family and friends we want everyone to relax and enjoy what they love. If people want to play pool, air hockey, put together puzzles, read a book, walk the beach, take a nap, or just pull away and watch a movie by themselves ... this home will accommodate it. All too often our senior parents wanted to go to bed, and others wanted to stay up late for adult drinks and cards. Many times the homes we had rented left the kids with few things to do in the evenings. That is why this place is special it is huge and presents several options at any time for people to be together, have their own space and everyone can get what they need and want ... a vacation that accommodates everyone!
