Summerwind Resort is located on a secluded portion of NW Florida's Emerald Coast. As you arrive at Santa Rosa Island via the Navarre Beach bridge, the 3 buildings strike an imposing presence--triplets guarding the easternmost edge of a 2 mile developed portion referred to as Navarre Beach.
UNIT 301 is a corner unit on the third floor of The INN at SUMMERWIND. It is a 3BR/3BATH condo that sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. The Master suite features a king-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a cozy reading nook. The master bath has a jetted hot tub, separate shower and dual sinks.
"Soothing" best describes the Guest bedroom. It reflects the soft emerald palette of the beach at sunrise and has views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. It has a queen-sized bed and a private bath.
The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds covered with a colorful tropical print. The bedroom may also be set up as an additional master suite, (K-sized bed) by special request. There is a small charge for this. This bedroom has a private bath too.
Each bedroom has a TV, clock radio, and DVD/VCR player.
The living area has an open floor plan. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors facing south and two large picture windows facing east affording incredible views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. It is comfortably, yet practically furnished with a living room sofa that converts into a queen-sized sleeper.
The kitchen has new appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.
All of the Summerwind buildings have been completely renovated since the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 and have been rebuilt to even higher standards.
The views of the Gulf's emerald green waters and sugar-white beaches are absolutely spectacular from this unit. There are no complexes to the east of it to obstruct your view. You can see both sunrise and sunset right from your balcony!
Santa Rosa Island appeals to nature-lovers, exercise enthusiasts and vacationers looking for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Though far less hectic than some of its neighbors, Navarre Beach is still close enough to be accessible to the attractions of Pensacola, Ft. Walton and Destin.

This is a beautiful unit. The wrap around balcony has a spectacular view since this corner unit has no obstructions to the view. We loved staying here and were all extremely comfortable.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us! It is decorated great, kept very clean, and is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. We had a great time and the kids absolutely loved the beach and pool. We highly recommend a trip to Joe Patti's in Pensacola if you like fresh seafood. The kids also enjoyed the park in Navarre with the Butterfly house and wet playground. We have enjoyed the last month here. We took your advice and went to the Naval Museum. We went to Sailor's Grill...that was great and their baked goods are too. Can't beat the grouper at Cocodrie's/ The shelling is good and sunrises are magnificent. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for a great time.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Words can not describe the serenity of looking out to the east and enjoying the view! The patio furniture was THE BEST!!!!WE had a minature family reunion down here from Oct. 5th to the 16th and the weather was superb! Swam in the ocean and the pool the whole time! If you have never been to Navarre...this is one of the best units we have ever rented! Very nicely decorated, and very family friendly! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, plenty of kitchen plates, glasses, pots & Pans! Everything you will need for a wonderful vacation! We visit Navarre at least four times yearly and will definately be renting this unit again real soon! Way to go Mimi & Vince! You have done a great job redecorating after the hurricanes!! We will be back soon!!

We stayed here for a wonderful vacation the week of June 1-8, 2004. This condo exceeded my expectations: large gourmet kitchen, pristine coastline for long walks, extremely comfortable beds, the oversized balcony, and panoramic views. Mimi and Vince.... we've just returned from a week stay in your beautiful condo. July 17th - 24th, 2004. The views from the balcony are breath-taking. The decor is second to none. We especially liked the monkey's. (Hear, See, Speak no evil)! The resort itself is peaceful for the adults but entertaining enough for the children. Everything was well maintained. We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at your beautiful condo. This is a great place for a family vacation. My boys loved watching the fish being caught from the fishing pier. White beaches with clear water and gentle waves! Fishing Pier! Gorgeous views and beautiful weather. I believe this is what heaven will be. Condo is comfortable and graciously decorated. Can't wait to go back.

What a beautifully decorated condo and the view was amazing! We had a fabulous stay and were so thrilled to be close to Destin & Ft. Walton without the traffic problems. At night the beach was quiet and afforded us the opportunity to sit back and watch the full moon and then go crabbing without tripping over others. We are definetly coming back next year to enjoy the crystal clear water, the clean beach and of course your beautiful home.

This condo is so relaxing. You can see for miles down the coastline from the balcony. The sound of the waves on the beach drifts up. The beach is clean, white sand. It was beautiful when I was there. I hope to return. I can't wait to see what the park is like when it's finished.
