You are just steps from the sand at our beautiful river front home. We are located in a small private community called Rio Buena Vista. The river is on one side of the development and an 18 hole public golf course is on the other side.
Our home is approximately 1300 sq. feet with a very large attached garage. Once you enter our home you will immediately go into vacation mode. Each bedroom has its own unique theme. The master bedroom is the "Palm" room with a king size bed with tropical palm bedding and furnishings that also includes a tv. The master bathroom has a sunken tub with 2 separate sinks and a separate large shower.The second bedroom is the "Maui" room with a four poster queen size bamboo bed with Tommy Bahama furnishings. The third bedroom is the "Beach" room featuring white rattan furniture with beautiful tropical bedding. The second bathroom has an enclosed tub and shower combination. On the backside of the house that faces the river there are 2 eight foot sliding doors that offer you a beautiful river view. There is a large comfortable sectional couch with a lounge at one end that is perfect for watching tv or just gazing out at the view. It is a very open space with the dining room and kitchen all looking out to the river. The kitchen has every amenity you would possibly need if you enjoy cooking. Our home also has an indoor laundry room for your convenience.
Do you enjoy the outdoors? We include patio furniture with a dining table and 4 chairs,a loveseat,2 chaise lounges,and 2 deep seated chairs for relaxing out on the boardwalk. It is a beautiful setting to have your coffee or cocktails. A gas bbq grill is included if you enjoy outdoor grilling. A portable fire pit is available to cozy up to on those beautiful starry nights.

Year Purchased: 2004
We are native Californians. We have always enjoyed the desert and water sports which brought us to the river over 25 years ago. We have 3 grown children who share our love of the river. We live in Orange County with our 3 small dogs. We both look forward to the day we can retire and use our vacation home on a regular basis.
Why the Owner Chose Needles
We owned a place in Needles in a mobile home park many years ago. We always hoped if we were to buy again it would have to be right on the water. On one of our trips we drove by the property in our boat. We loved what we saw and put our name on a waiting list for river front property. It was meant to be because 3 months later a lot became available because someone could not qualify for financing.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
We love the family time and the family atmosphere of our community. 90% of the people that own homes here are from the Orange county area. We anchor our boat right out in front of our home so access is so easy. We are one of only 9 homes that have a beach directly in front of them. We love to walk up and down the boardwalk (that is in front of all river front homes) visiting with our neighbors. At night we sit out under the stars and talk and laugh. We are creating great memories with our family.
