The Main Floor has a full kitchen, half bath, great room with sleep sofa, gas fireplace and screened deck with a view of golf course and Lake. The upper level has 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, futon and bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower & double sinks. The vaulted ceiling, balcony for sun bathing or star gazing. The 2nd bedroom has a private bath and two double beds.
The Lower Level is a complete living area opening to a patio, Living room, Full Bath and 3rd. Bedroom with double bed.
Linens are provided for 12 on 4 beds, 1 sleep sofa and 1 futon. If additional sleeping area is needed for children or adults, bring your sleeping bags and use the lower living room day beds.
On-site Pool! Pass to Bay Point Resort where you can enjoy 2 Beaches, Tennis, Friday Night Movies, Cafe and more. You will also have access to their Par 3 Golf Course, transient Boat Dockage and more.
