I would highly recommend this beautiful home to eveyone and they will not be disappointed with their stay. This home has everthing that you could possible think of and all you need to do is to move in with you personal clothings. This home is clean, neat, well furnished, has a detail list of how everthing in the home functions and easy and reliable access to the ownner. This is clearly a 5 Star Home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I rented this townhouse for my family to stay at while we attended my niece's wedding. It was perfect!!! It's very clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. (It's in City Place which has restaurants, bars, shopping, and it's only a 10 minute drive to the beach) The gated garage was an added bonus. The pictures shown are accurate and the owner is extremely efficient, easy to deal with, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely rent again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great location and nice pool. Easy arrival/departure instructions and fully set-up for vacation needs. Pleasant and professional owner. Will rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

Beautiful town home in the center of all the action. Nicely decorated, clean, and walking distance to everything, even the grocery store. We will absolutely rent this town home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Overall the unit was very nice. The space accommodated our family of 5 grown kids (2 late teens, 3 early 20's) very well. The negatives: the location on the street makes it extremely noisy at all times of the day and night. The unit could have been cleaner and the linens and pillows were mediocre quality at best. Details like batteries (that functioned) for the garage door opener were ignored. If you want to be minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, movies and even a grocery store it is all right there. Convenient location for walking to downtown area and inter coastal.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

I almost do not want to write a review for this place because then everyone will want to stay here and when I want to go it won't be available, but I think that I owe it to the owner! This place was awesome and we always felt safe! Clean and comfortable! Very centrally located to everywhere that you want to be and it is all in walking distance. CityPlace is great with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. Clematis Street, with all its fabulous nightlife and restaurants, is 6 blocks away. West Palm Beach Airport is a 5 minute ride away by car. My buddies and I had a great time staying here for our yearly golf outing and we will stay here again next year! Ilia is great! He responds to all your needs! He also is very honest and keeps his promises!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our experience staying at this townhouse was wonderful! The furnishings were beautiful, comfortable and complete. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the 2 car garage was SO appreciated. It's location is right in the center of Cityplace, one block from a nice Publix grocery store, five minutes from I-95 & convention center and 10 minutes from the airport. The owner is very quick to answer inquiries. This was our first trip to West Palm Beach and we were very impressed with the first class downtown urban development projects there. I definitely recommend considering a visit if you have never been there.and for sure stay in this townhouse. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I would recommend a stay in this luxury townhouse to anyone who wants to visit West Palm Beach, Florida. The Townhouse is inside City Place which is a wonderland to behold. There are dozens of terrific restaurants within City Place, shows, theater, great shopping and its within walking distance of the Kravits convention center and Clematis street. There is a free trolly to take you around. Kids will love the Divaduck tour that picks you up at City Place and takes you to the Intercoastal where it enters the water for a tour. Ilia, our townhouse manager was pleasant and most accomodating. The townhouse is filled with everything you need, a fully outfitted kitchen, large panel TV's in each bedroom and the living room and there is free WIFI.
