This home is just a short, 10 minute drive to the Minneapolis Airport or the Mall of America (MOA). This 2300 sq ft vacation rental home offers great access to both downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. The house is located in the Lake Nokomis neighborhood of South Minneapolis. It is a safe and beautiful area of the Twin Cities metro area.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom, this home has lots of space. Bathrooms are found on all 3 levels, and the bedrooms are situated with 2 upstairs and two on the main floor. The basement has a large recreation room area with a wet bar. There is additional room for sleeping and a laundry room. Hardwood floors are found through out the main floor living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and garbage disposal.
Outside there is a patio area and a screened-in sun porch. The backyard is landscaped and fenced in for the safety of kids or pets. A BBQ grill is provided for your use. There is a one car garage which can also be used by the guests, with ample off-street parking available for larger groups.
With a nice neighborhood feel, the house is within easy walking distance of Lake Nokomis and local coffee shops and restaurants. There are also many local parks nearby – including Ft. Snelling and Minnehaha Falls parks. Movie theaters, gas stations, churches, and grocery stores are also all easily accessible. There is easy access to biking trails which connect to Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun.

Weekdays (Mon-Thu): $250/night
Weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun) & Holidays: $350/night
Weekly Rate: $1800/10 people, $2300/15 people, $2700/20 people
$25/person/night above the initial base rate.
Off Peak rates:
Negotiable. Prices dependant up size of group and length of stay. Must meet weekend minimums.
