Designed and furnished with elegance and comfort in mind, this three bedroom, three bath Sandestin beachside villa is ideal for a group of up to 10 guests. At over 2,000 square feet, it has a spacious feeling that is perfect for entertaining the crowd. It is located on the first level with parking just steps from the front door! You will really enjoy the location……..the sparkling Tivoli pool is a few steps away, the Sandestin beach is a 5-7 minute walk (or a 2 minute golf cart ride), and all the amenities of the resort are available to explore.
Enjoy cooking a meal for your family in the large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, appliances, and dinnerware needed to dine in. There is a sunny breakfast room with seating for six, plus bar seating for two.
Relax and enjoy a movie in the comfortable family room with brand new 42” flat screen television, DVD player, overstuffed chairs, and sofa with queen size pull-out bed.
The master suite is tastefully appointed with luxurious linens and generous closet space. The master bathroom has a roman soaking tub with separate shower and make-up area.
Other sleeping arrangements include a cozy guest bedroom with queen size bed which opens to a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a guest bedroom with twin beds which opens to a full bathroom with shower. You will find new flat screen televisions in each bedroom and fresh fluffy towels in each bath. Also available is a queen size roll-out bed and queen size pull-out sofa with extra linens for both.
Outside is a sunny screened in porch with a table and four chairs for coffee in the morning or alfresco dining. Enjoy the ocean air and beautiful pool view!
