  This was our second spring break visit to the same unit so we were obviously pleased. Very spacious and like having the Master on other side from kids rooms. Ground floor unit with no stairs. Steps from the uncrowded and usually quiet pool. Minutes on the golf cart to the beach, Publix or great restaurants. An air conditioning problem was fixed by outside contractor and manager within a couple of hours - worked until 9:30 pm to solve (very grateful for this excellent service!). A rug ruined by the group before us was removed as we arrived and a brand new one was installed within 2 days (excellent service AGAIN!). Can't rave enough about this wonderful unit and the very responsive management team.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The locaton was perfect for what we needed. The kids had a great time riding their bikes to the beach and the golf cart was an added bonus when we went to baytowne. We will be renting from you guys again. Thanks!

  Our family had never been to Sandestin and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find such an updated and spacious condo! Being right next to the swimming pool is also a big bonus. The pictures on VRBO cannot show how big the space really is. The living area and bedrooms are much bigger than they appear. We were able to put the kids to bed and still enjoy ourselves in the family room without disturbing them. During our stay, the blender stopped working, and someone brought us a new one in less than half an hour! They were very easy to deal with, and checking in and out was a breeze. We are looking forward to our next stay in Sandestin, and hopefully this condo will be available!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We rented this villa at the last minute before our kids went back to school in August. We really didn't know what to expect as we had been to Sandestin many times, but had never stayed in Tivoli by the Sea. The condo was huge! We could not believe how big it was on the inside! The unit was updated with nice tile and granite. The flat screens in the bedrooms were great for the kids to hook up their playstation and watch movies, and it looked like it had just been cleaned before we arrived! The location is perfect...the condo backs up to the swimming pool. We could sit on the screened porch and watch the kids swim. Use of the golf cart was great! We were able to drive to the beach is about 2 minutes and under the tunnel to Baytowne Wharf. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were easy to work with and made checking in and out so easy.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I must say that as far as the space in this condo - it is HUGE! My family really enjoyed the location. There are some updating that needs to take place such as the carpet, refrigerator and master shower. The carpet leading into the Master bedroom needs replacing pretty bad and the shower in the Master bath was covered in mildew...Then there was of course the issue with the golf cart. I rented the golf cart for one week and upon arrival and securing the golf cart key, there were constant interruptions from other renters stating they too had rented the golf cart and was unable to use it. The first time this happened I chalked it up to a renter trying to get something he didnt pay for but when I was approached by the SECOND family stating the same thing I was then concerned. Golf cart was an issue!! Overall the condo was ok it just really needs some touching up with paint, carpet cleaning and the mildew in the shower. The overall property was nice but I wouldnt say the rental met my expectations. It was a very spacious unit and that was a definite plus!

  Owner response: As you can see from the other reviews, this condo is wonderful. There are no issues with worn carpet or mildew in the shower. The carpet is in excellent condition, and as a matter of fact, it was actually professionally cleaned the day of this ladies arrival. We always have the carpets cleaned at least twice a month during the busy summer months. The most amazing thing about what was said in her review was about the issue with the golf cart! The golf cart that she is speaking of was already rented and in use by someone in another villa next door. They had been using it for two days. That person accidentally left the key in the golf cart while it was parked in front of the unit. This lady arrived and took the keys to the cart without contacting anyone to determine which cart she should use! When approached by the man who was already using the cart, she was unreasonable to him and us, so we asked the man to use the cart she was scheduled to use originally, to which he agreed. When his new cart had a mechanical issue, he asked the lady if he could borrow the original one for 1 hour, and she was then ugly to his small children and complained to us that the people next door were harassing her about her cart. We tried to explain to her that she had taken his cart to begin with, but she would hear nothing of it and wanted a refund for her trouble......that she caused. We refused to offer her a refund, and this review is what was posted because of our unwillingness to "make her happy".

  Very comfortable - easy livng! Location, location, location. Beach, golf, pool, the village are nearby. The golf cart is a "must have" to motor around the resort. The owners get five stars for their responsiveness & hospitality. See you next year.

  We had a party of eight at this location from June 12 - 19. What a wonderful time we had! The condo had plenty of room and a terrific layout for privacy. The kids bunk room was perfect for our four kids - they "lived" in there. Everything worked great and we were right across from the pool. At the last minute we decided to rent the golf cart. It wasn't cheap but I have to say it was totally worth it. We could scoot easily all over Sandestin, easy to drive and park. While the condo is fairly close to the beach, the golf cart made that trek much easier with gear and kids. There was no oil on the beach when we were there and we had a wonderful time several nights in a row at Baytowne. I highly recommend this location - clean, comfortable, convenient........perfect.
