Miles long oceanfront walking/running/biking path. Community features beautiful pool, jacuzzi, saunas, Tiki huts, tennis and outdoor grills. Gated community with assigned covered parking space. Steps to beach (we provide four beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, cooler and portable radio). Beach concession offers kayak rentals, snorkeling equipment, parasailing and more. Top floor unit overlooks salt ponds - very tranquil and quiet. Unit was renovated 8/09 with new appliances, furniture, paint, wood floors in bedrooms. Tile throughout remainder. New Maytag washer and dryer. Large covered balcony.
Master bedroom features king sized bed and private bath. Guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and adjoining bath. Large closets, 1100 square feet. Very clean. Your serene oasis in Key West!

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. The balcony on the back overlooks a nice lagoon and the airport. From the front balcony, we had a perfect view of the firework show without having to leave the house, which was perfect since it was raining outside. It takes no time to cross the street and be on the beach. Smathers is the best beach sand, but the water had a bunch a sea weed when we were there. We rented bikes and rode into town almost every night for dinner and to do bar hopping. We also rode out to Fort Zachary Taylor Beech, which was our favorite beach for snorkeling and swimming. Still, the condo was everything we were expecting. It was nice to not be downtown and hear all the noise from the rowdy night scene.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Immaculately clean and very well maintained condo in Key West. The unit was exactly as described both in terms of the photos and written summary. The owner was wonderful to work with-she even gave suggestions on better priced flights. The key and condo info arrived weeks before departure. The pool was gorgeous, there were always available chairs, and the people at the pool were very friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Best thing we did was the Island Adventure with Fury-combo snorkeling,kayaking, and lounging on a sand bar. We also loved the dolphin swim at Dolphin Cove in Key Largo.
