Welcome to our home! This is the “East Beach Cottage” designed by Allyson-Ramsey architects. The design gives you a very open space in the kitchen and living room area with a large eat in Bar set between. The double porches allow for a private “getaway” for anyone on either floor to enjoy. Our home has been built after the old world design with tall ceilings and solid 8 foot doors, heart of pine flooring and solid granite counters.
The rubbed bronze door handles are just one of the touches that make this a quality home. The Master suite has dual sinks, a shower and a soaking tub all surrounded by custom mahogany counters. We are small dog pet friendly (under 20 lbs with pet deposit) as we have an 8 lb Yorkie named Macy that travels with us everywhere so we understand what it’s like to have your “child” with you when you travel. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly as we have some great neighbors. You will truly feel “southern hospitality” when you visit this great town.
The town has much to offer with antique shops, great local restaurants and horse drawn carriage rides that explore all that this historic area have to offer. If you are looking to relax and unwind, you have found the perfect location. Beaufort and Port Royal are historically rich and full of things to do. You must take a stroll down Bay street while you are here. The local shops give a feeling of stepping back in time, you will find fly fishing gear and homemade ice cream, then you will run into a local burger place that overlooks the Beaufort River located next to a 5 star seafood restaurant, all of this is 8 minutes away and easy to find. - Blow up air mattress in closet. Very safe area, with a public park one block away. Tennis courts and open fields for play.

- Pet Friendly: Dogs must be less than 20 pounds. There is no fence so they must be house broken. Deposit required.
- Kid Friendly: Kids are welcome, we are actually expecting our first in a few months. Just be aware that the home is not "kid proof" just yet. So be aware of the little ones. There are stairs, so you may want to bring a "gate" if you have one.

Base Rate .. $175/night (Sat-Tue) .. $950/week .. $3200/month
Wed and Thur nights are $400.00 total, add Friday for 100.00 extra.
$75.00 cleaning fee and local taxes (10%) will be added to total.
Check in at 3:00 pm/check out 11:00 am
Pet deposit is 200-refundable if no damage. Additional damage will be charged.
50% deposit due 30 days prior to booking to hold property.

This is a great place to see some of our local "wildlife" such as dolphins, birds and catch some rays! Open dawn till dusk. great boardwalk with a viewing tower. Located in Port Royal
Bay street, the local "main street" has shops of all kinds, great food at local restaurants that Overlook the inter-coastal waterway. Don't miss it! check out Plums and Saltus, They are two of my fav
This is a public beach. there is a small fee for entry, around 5.00. It is a state park so don't expect much except sand, waves and fresh air! Watch for the deer when driving, they are everywhere!

We bought our home a few years ago and just love the area. I am from Beaufort and my wife is from Texas. The coast has it all! Beaches, great food what's not to love? We decided to keep our home even though my work has taken us out of the area for a while.
