Our spacious, updated condo is in a great location for both skiing and nightlife. The layout is great for two families or large families: two private suites, each with full bath & two queen-sized handcrafted Western pine log beds. This is our second home and we’ve outfitted it like a home – not a motel. Nearly 1200 square feet of room to spread out.

Our slope side location on the Four O’Clock Ski Run makes getting on and off the slopes a delight. After you’ve enjoyed your runs, you’ll be back at home soaking in one of our great hot tubs while other skiers are still walking or driving back to their condos. Our ski access is by gondola (2 blocks), lift (1200 feet), or free bus stop out the front door. For fun in the evening, you will be only a two minute walk from the heart of downtown.

The condo is totally remodeled with new kitchen, fireplace, and bathrooms. It features comfy new furniture, LCD cable TV, DVD player and VCR TV, and free high speed internet with both cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to eat in, but restaurants and bars in all price ranges are within two blocks. An outdoor gas grill is convenient for your use and a supermarket is a few blocks away. A washer and dryer are in the unit. A huge 70 gallon hot water heater guarantees showers for all. The floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows provide warmth and a view of Mount Baldy from the private balcony. The gas fireplace feels wonderful after a day of skiing.

Your car will be protected in covered parking within the building and the elevator will be a big help in getting your belongings to the unit. A locked ski closet immediately by the front door protects your ski equipment. Enjoy our snow sleds, books, games and movies.

The fun Western décor will provide plenty of conversation. Along with Western posters, old cowboy photos and antique photos of Breckenridge, you’ll find authentic Indian handicrafts, Cowboy chaps, hats and spurs, and a real deer-skin Indian shirt. Check out the Clint Eastwood movie poster in Portuguese.

Our building (at the corner of Ski Hill Rd and S Park Ave) recently completed a multimillion dollar exterior remodel. Free buses stop immediately in front to take you to all parts of the Breck ski resort, throughout Breck, and to three other ski resorts: Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Vail is an easy drive.

Our summer home is your ski home -- you'll love staying here as much as we do. We are a retired couple who wish we could spend more time here and make every effort to keep our place at the quality level we expect for ourselves.

    • My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was perfect from the beautifully furnished rooms to the well organized kitchen.     • I stayed here this summer with my two kids ages 4 and 8 and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect, short easy walk into town, hike right from the condo (up the ski trail), steps to bus stop and short walk to gondola. The convenience made all the difference for my very slow movng 4 year old. The condo was immaculate, comfy yet very well decorated. The owners keep the house well organized and make it easy to find everything you need. My family and I will definitely stay at the condo again. We hope to come this winter to enjoy the ski in convenience.
