I am originally from Wisconsin. I love warm weather and beaches and moved to the Orlando area with my family 14 years ago from the Chicago area. There is nothing better than an ocean breeze. I take pride in my unit and want to make sure that you are well taken care of during your time here and to make sure that everything in the unit is well maintained and well taken care of.
Why the Owner Chose Oceans V
I have tried several beaches around Florida and always come back to Daytona. I like that the unique hard packed sand of Daytona makes it easy to bike and play on. We love bocce ball on the beach, tossing a frisbee, and not getting full of sand when we sit in the surf and let the ocean roll in underneath us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
A great day for me at the beach is watching the dolphins play in the ocean while sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up with my morning coffee. Breakfast at Pat's Cafe is always a great way to start the day. I like to bike down to Ponce Inlet on the beach grab some lunch and take the bike trails back mid-day and finish the day with a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the inter-coastal with Daytona International Speedway in the background.
