It sits on a four acre slope overlooking Boughton Bay on the Atlantic Ocean. There is a scenic walking path down to the water, along the coastline along green pastures and back to the cottage.
Sally's Beach and Provincial Park just around the corner at Spry Point, just below the Inn.

Year Purchased: 2002
There's a beach in Little Pond, Prince Edward Island, down the Pond Road past the red country store. If you reach Grumps Road, you have to make a U turn because you've gone too far. So between the country store and Grumps road is a lane called Grams and you have to make a real tight turn because the road was chiseled out of the woods. At the end of the road, if you see the rippled red dirt it's low tide and when you walk out on bare feet it's like forming a pair of comfy old shoes in the clay with every step. It is here that Little Ponders do what they've always done...join their neighbors after a hard days work and "take to the beach". This is a special place for us...a place where our forefathers walked...a place where our children take root.

View the Great Blue Herons taking flight from their feeding grounds as they soar over the cottage, every day. Go bar clamming at selected times during the month in the excellent clamming grounds below our cottage. Take a peaceful stroll down to the water's edge, along the shoreline, along planted fields and back to the cottage.
