My husband and I just returned from staying in this cozy little condo. We had never been to Cocoa Beach before and therefore were not familiar with the area. We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The condo is small but it was very clean and well furnished. The pictures do not do the view from the back door justice. The condo is is in the heart of downtown. It is within walking distance of several resturants, a fabulous local coffee shop and a spa where my husband and I both went for massages. The country club has two 18 hole courses and a pool all of which are open to the public is only 3 miles away. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, little getaway on the beach you cannot go wrong with this unit!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners.

About the owner: Am currently retired - live next door to rental unit with my dog and cat. Very active and love to travel.

Beach directly in front of unit fairly private can relax in the quiet peace of the ocean or go just 1 1/2 blocks South and you can enjoy the fun of the local direct beach establishments, or mingle with the surfers, sun lovers and just fun people. Very convenient - Able to walk to everything. 45-55 minutes from Disney World and all attractions.
