The main house is complimented by a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counters and fine wood cabinets. There is a laundry room and powder room just off the kitchen. Outside living is what it is all about at Villa La Costa, with the private yet airy terrace, a private swimming pool and second story sunrise/sunset deck.
The guest house is completely private, completely furnished and picture perfect. It has two roomy bedrooms, a complete kitchen and large double sink bathroom, and it is beautifully furnished throughout.
Villa La Costa is one of the finest homes in the Jaco/Playa Hermosa area. The gated community of Hermosa Palms provides 24 hour security and a sense of community. There is an enormous community swimming pool located only steps away from the home. The miles of untouched beach are literally at your feet.
