I only stayed here for two nights but they were two great nights indeed. The place is just spacious enough with everything you could possibly need. It was secure, quiet and comfortable with gracious hosts that unfortunately I didn't get to meet. But they were quick and helpful in all of their responses. Would definitely stay here again if I ever have the pleasure of making it back to the North Shore of Oahu. Mahalo Huanani, I had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for the first 4 days of our Honeymoon! The property was beautiful, safe, clean, comfortable, and so peaceful! This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The north shore is spectacular - stay on this side of the island and avoid Waikiki at all costs.

I didn't know how great this location was going to be...and I was so thrilled with how pleasant and peacful my stay was. Woke up to birds, went to Waimea Valley tour of gardens, had sushi in Hale'iwa; went to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, to the Farmer' s Market on Sunday, to Waimea beach...all of this within 5-10 minutes from the secluded valley estate. I immediately shared all my photos with the wifi that was provided. A truly blessed place. Clean, homey, full of books to read about the location.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved staying at this wonderful place on the north shore. The apartment is so quiet and peaceful! But still only a 5-minute drive from some of the most famous surf spots in the world. The views out the windows are really beautiful and it's great being so high up to see everything. The room decorations are really comfortable and nice too, and having a full kitchen was great for us. We also really liked having all the surfing picture books spread around! Our hosts were very professional and efficient with the arrangements for our stay. It's a joy to see something done WELL!

Many thanks for a great visit. The apartment was clean, beautifully situated and just the right amount of space for the two of us. As regular cooks, we loved the well stocked kitchen. As adventurers, we preferred the mountainside location, out of the craziness of the beach scene and very close to epic hiking on the top of Pupukea. Many thanks to our hosts for their easy going, Aloha spirit and superb accommodation with zero hassles.

We couldn't enjoy more our stay! We loved to wake up and watch the rain pouring down the valley and hear the birds singing, welcoming a new day. We really enjoyed the peace and privacy. Sometimes we forgot the studio wasn't actually our home. These ten days at Pupukea valley will be among our best memories from the years we spent on O'ahu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and peaceful studio located off the beaten track on the North Shore of O`ahu. The unit is run by a charming family who are most helpful yet respect your privacy. It was like staying in a tree house surrounded by forests where the song of birds start and end your day with their beautiful songs. Equipped with all the comforts of home including a hot tub on the grounds, it is on a secure property that seems far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, we were only minutes from historic Hale`iwa town and surfing beaches famous throughout the world. A super market (and Starbucks) is at the foot of the mountain, only a short drive down the hill. We hope we can return again as this is truly a hidden gem.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The pictures don't do it justice - everything is very beautiful. Far enough away to feel private and secluded, but close enough to stores, restaurants & beaches that it only takes a few minutes to get places. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 4 nights last week and really loved it. It is a very serene and peaceful treehouse-like studio. The room is quite large and has a very comfortable bed, with a futon sofa in the living area, and small dining table and full kitchen. The owners live on site and have kids who you can hear playing sometimes, otherwise we pretty much heard nothing but birds and crickets during our stay. Because of the elevation of the property, the unit felt very private despite having tons of windows on all 4 sides. It is close to lots of great sights on the North Shore and we easily used it as our home base for day trips to Kailua on one day and Kaena Point on another. I highly recommend this property for a low-key, relaxing, and affordable getaway.

A beautiful property that we totally fell in love with! It is close enough to all of the beautiful beaches and far enough away that you feel like you are in your own tropical forest hideaway. This spacious studio was everything a treehouse should be. Birds singing, wind blowing in the trees,cool and fresh at night with the constant smell of earth and flowers. The studio sits on top of a garage(with no cars inside)is clean,new and complete with all the conveniences of 'modern' living.(TV, wireless and complete kitchen). The owners are friendly,warm and full of aloha spirit. If you want to be close to nature and to the beauty and activities of the north shore, this is the place !! Enjoy **
