Why the Owner Chose Blue River
We chose a home in Blue River because we love skiing/boarding in Breckenridge, but we also enjoy coming home to a quiet and serene setting away from the hustle and bustle in town. We also like to snowmobile, hike, and ride motorcycles, so we naturally wanted to be closer to the open forest and trails.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You just can't beat the soothing atmosphere with plenty of space for the kids to play, ride bikes, or build a snowman. We also love the wildlife all around us and trickling stream that runs along side the deck during the warmer seasons.
