This condo has it all! Golf membership is included to Palmira Golf and Country Club. This is a private club and not a bundled golf community, so getting the tee times you want is much easier. The 27-hole layout designed by Gordon Lewis has water on each hole, but the course is fair and playable for all skill levels. Unlike many other rentals, we take care of the transfer fee for you. You pay only cart fee and food/beverage charges during your stay.
Walk or bike to The Renaissance Center, which has a fitness center, lap pool, zero-entry pool, hot tub, and tennis center. There is also a coffee shop and classrooms that host a variety of activities. You'll also love the nearby pool, hot tub, small fitness center, and clubhouse within our own neighborhood, Paloma (google search 'paloma paradise' for more information.)
We are only minutes from world-class shopping, museums, art galleries and the white-sand Gulf beaches. Enjoy the gorgeous weather with our grill, two bikes, child's scooter, beach towels and beach chairs.
When returning from the beach or golf course, our condo offers a perfect refuge for relaxing. Our upstairs unit is quiet and serene with peaceful views of the lake. You are sure to appreciate the upgrades throughout, including: tray ceilings, diagonal tile, stainless steel appliances, granite and solid-surface countertops, formal dining room, 8 ceiling fans (6 indoor, 2 in the lanai), plantation shutters, flat-screen TVs, and built-in stereo speakers throughout the unit. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets; the master bath has a large soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower. Our den is ideal for movie viewing, with a large flat screen TV and two comfortable La-Z-Boy recliners. The lanai has a lovely view and northwest exposure, perfect for enjoying evenings without blinding sun.
This condo has never been rented before, and we are certain that our renters will enjoy this bright, elegant home as much as we do.
