Scenic view of Lake Lure and mountains. Beautiful townhome directly across from Lake Lure. Newly painted and all furniture is brand new. Queen-sized bed in master bedroom and double beds in additional bedrooms all have pillow topped mattresses. Master bath features an extra large bathtub and separate shower.
Comfortable living room includes gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and direct views of Lake Lure and the mountains. Downstairs area includes separate living area with TV and more lake/mountain views. Use of full sized garage is also included. Great for the motorcycle enthusiast. This is a very popular area for bikers with many breathtaking places to ride such as Black Mountain and Saluda.
Walk right out the door to restaurants, Lake Lure Arcade and Inn, the beach at Lake Lure. Historic Asheville is only a forty minute drive where you can visit the Biltmore Estates, Grove Park Inn, and many are galleries and restaurants. Tubing and whitewater rafting adventures are also close by.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Lure
We find it enjoyable here as we are able to participate in a variety of activities such as boating, hiking, motorcycle riding. This is a place we have been able to enjoy all year long. We have spent many hours on the lake in the summer and have also seen some incredibly beautiful fall seasons.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The best part about this home is that there have been several days where we did not even need to get into the car!! Everything is so close by.
You don’t have to be adventurous to visit Chimney Rock. Heck, you don’t even have to be a nature lover, though we think you’ll be one when you leave. You see, here you can enjoy sweeping North Car
US Hwy 129, also known as The Dragons Tail. 11 mile section has 318 Turns and is ledgendary among motorcyclists
Approx 35 miles from Lake Lure; this is an enjoyable and scenic ride through the mountains.

My husband and I discovered Lake Lure about four years ago while traveling and have not been able to stay away. We love the uniqueness of having both the lake and the mountains close by. It makes us both happy as I am from Florida and he is from Colorado.
