We rented this property in 2010. The pictures must have been taken some time ago. The unit was not well maintained. Sliding doors to the decks were off tracks, glass closet door was broken. The living room furniture and carpet (rugs) were filthy. We washed some blankets and covered the couch, chair and ottoman. When we arrived the bedding was piled on the floor. So we spent several hours washing bedding, rugs, and generally cleaning. The kitchen was well maintained. The location of the Somerset is great, and top floor is nice with the deck on the south as well as the west. I would not recommend this specific unit.
