Living room also has comfortable couch(s) and reclining chairs for additional sleeping area.
Picture yourself relaxing on the front deck with beautiful territorial and lake views. Watch the deer and eagles soar from your front door. Just minutes to the beach and seven distinctively beautiful and private bays.
The community swimming pool and spa just up the street and adjacent to a large grass area with playground/basketball/volleyball and horse shoes.
Lake Roosevelt is truly a boater’s paradise; go sailing, skiing, kayaking, canoeing or jet skiing and explore the more than 155 miles of sandy beaches and private coves. Lake Roosevelt is well known for its great fishing; silver, walleye, trout, strurgeon, bass, perch.
Seven Bays Marina just a short walk away - for an added expense; rent a boat slip, pontoon boat/ski boat, jet ski or even a house boat. Fill up with gas at the Marina gas dock before going out on the Lake. Grab a bite to eat at the marina restaurant or stop in the store/gift shop for ice, snacks, bread, cheese, eggs, milk, beer/wine/soda, sundries and lots more.
Bring your Golf clubs or rent them at Deer Meadows golf course (only 10 minutes away). Visit Fort Spokane and take historic walks through the past or visit Two Rivers Resort and Casino for some gaming fun (both less than 15 minutes away).
Seven Bays has a private airport, however if you prefer to fly in on commercial airline, Spokane Airport is just an hour away.
Lake Roosevelt is also beautiful in the winter months - great fishing year round, snowmobile, cross country ski or just watch the wild life and relax at a vacationers paradise.
