We just stayed in this lovely two bedroom villa for the month of January 2012. Everything is as advertised and the condo was very clean and comfortable. I loved the screened in back porch overlooking tee box #1 of the executive course. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer and dryer really helped with my resolution to pack lighter!! The owners are very thoughtful and all emails and phone calls were answered promptly. It was great to have a garage and not have to unload all the fishing gear and/or golf clubs when we were done. I highly recommend this golf condo and look forward to returning someday. Thanks.

We stayed at the condo from July 3 until the 10th. Very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The second bedroom had twin beds which was great for our 2 teenagers. The amenities at the SPI golf course were great. Swimming, golfing,tennis,exercise room. The house was neat and clean . We enjoyed the quiet of the nice community surrounding the house. The house was very nice and close enough to the beach for us. We would recommend this rental and are planning to come back in the future.

We enjoyed the whole experience of the #254928 townhome. It is decorated so cute with bright and cheery furnishings. The townhome is very comfortable whether you are setting on the screened in porch enjoying a book or watching the golfers tee off on the executive golf course. We enjoyed going to the pool which is only two blocks away and playing the SPI Golf course. South Padre Island is only 15 minutes away and we love going to the beach. Our trip was so much fun and relaxing we would definitly recommend it and we hope we will have the opportunity to stay again.

This was a good condo for my needs. I was atending a golf torunament at the resort and this unit fit the bill. I could walk everywhere I needed to go around the resort and amenities were close by in Laguna Vista or Port Isabel. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and reasonably priced. I would certainly stay again and reccomend it. The owners were very good to deal with and everything was as advertised.

Larry and Carla we certainly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The condo itself was very well maintained and had everything we needed or could have wanted. The grounds around are kept nicely also. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was nice to watch the sunset while sitting on the porch. The pool area (just a few minutes walk away) was very pretty and relaxing. The complex is just a few miles from SPI, Brownsville and Harlingen so shopping and dining options were plentiful. Thank you so much and we hope to vacation with you again. Good luck in 2011

What a beautiful place! We loved every minute of our week long stay. We had two children and they too felt right at home. Everything was there that we could need and all was in perfect condition! Larry and Carla couldn't have been nicer and even checked on us since we had some bad weather for one day while we were there. The area was so nice and quiet loved being able to come back"home" as our girls would put it to some quiet at night! Loved it all would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

This place was in excellent condition and had everything that you could possibly nee while on vacation. At the price you can not beat it. We stayed for seven nights and spent only a fraction of what it would cost to stay in a hotel. The surroundings were tremendous. This condo is located in a quiet community, with an excellent golf course just a few minute walk away. Also you have access to a really nice pool that is also just a few minute walk away. The interior of the condo is excellant and has real tropical feel to it. When staying there all you need to bring is your clothes, gromming kit, and beach towells everthing else is provided. If you want to go on a nice vacation for a great price this is it. I hope the next person enjoys their stay there as much as i did.

We enjoyed our stay at your SPI Golf condo. Beautiful sunsets were viewed from the screened porch as we sipped our predinner margaritas. Our golf clubs were at the ready on the porch to take advbantage of the convenient Lakeview course. Your kitchen was well equipped and we found the unit clean and well mantained.
