This villa located at The Dunes at Vanderbilt Beach is one of just a few available for rent. The property feels like an exclusive resort. There is a gated entrance, heated swimming pool with spa and waterfalls, clubhouse with tennis and fitness center and a wonderful poolside bar with food in addition to a beautiful restaurant.
This three bedroom, two bath, two car garage beautiful carriage home at the Dunes at Vanderbilt Beach was professionally decorated in the spring of 2009 with new fixtures, carpet and furniture. This villa is the closest unit to the tennis courts, pool, hot tub, restaurant, fitness center and spa.
The huge master suite is set aside from the other two bedrooms. It has a four poster king size bed, large flat screen TV with DVD player, sitting area, access to the lanai, walk in closet, and a large bathroom featuring 'his and hers' sinks, a whirlpool soaking tub and a large separate shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV and DVD player. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, TV and DVD player. These two bedrooms share a full bath.
The living room has a full size queen sleeper sofa, a large lounge chair with ottoman and a love seat. There is also a large flat screen TV with Blu Ray DVD player. There is a separate sitting area with a queen size sleeper sofa and two chairs. All rooms having ceiling fans.
The living room opens to the screened in lanai overlooking the lake and in close proximity to the resort pool.
There is a two car garage and a full size washer and dryer. The house also has a monitored security system.
The "Dunes" is centrally located just a short drive to grocery shopping (newly opened Whole Foods grocery nearby), cleaners, a pharmacy, the finest restaurants, many top-of-the-line golf courses, boat rentals, fishing, movies, theatre and the best shopping!
This is a 'No Smoking' rental.
The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk away where you can watch the beautiful sunset. Vanderbilt Beach is one of the top beaches in Naples. Stay for a month or two - you will not want to leave!

We are a married couple who lives in Pennsylvania. We purchased this property so that we have a sunny place to retire to when our youngest graduates from high school (7 more years!). Naples has so much to offer and we fell in love with it on our first visit there.
Why the Owner Chose The Dunes
This unit has all there is to offer at the Dunes. A garage, screened in porch overlooking the lake, location close to pool and tennis and a first floor walk out with easy access. The floor plan is nicely laid out with the master bedroom separate from the rest of the unit. The kitchen is large and open to the unit.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Best pool in Naples, wonderful on site restaurant with catering, tennis courts with on site pro, easy walk to the Gulf, less than 5 minute drive to newly opened Whole Foods, lots of wonderful nearby restaurants and close to the airport.

Our family stayed at this property from July 28-Aug 14. Our 2 daughters and their families with children, ages from 6-13, visited at various times during this time period. The townhouse is just as pictured/described, cozy and comfortable, and the location is perfect. It is close to the pool, tennis courts, a short drive to the beaches, convenient to Naples and Coconut Point and many restaurants. I think this townhouse is in the best location of the entire resort!!! Everything is provided from many, many towels/beach towels, bed linens, beach chairs and kitchen supplies (if one wanted to cook a major meal). There is a bar at the pool that offers drinks and food. At various times, we also used both sleeper sofas...I would recommend that the leather couch in the living room be used only for smaller children. I think adults might be uncomfortable but it was fine for the young kids. The cloth sofa sleeper was fine. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I hope that we can do this again sometime in the future and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you for making our visit to Naples so enjoyable,your home was perfect for our family holiday,we took our family including our two grandchildren and your home suited us perfectly,with the beach and pool so close it made life very easy,everything we needed was catered for we could find no fault,we would happily recommend your home to anybody who wants to enjoy a break on the Gulf Coast.

What a lovely getaway! A little slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The carriage home is beautifully decorated and homey. The property is gorgeous. The amenities plentiful! And just a short walk to the water. What's not to love?

Your place at The Dunes is fabulous. The decor is top notch and your unit is spacious and convenient with the drive in garage. There is nothing you have missed. the location of your unit could not be better with the tennis and pool a few steps away. We loved our vacation in your place at the Dunes so much we are coming back for another month and hope to buy something. I definitely like the convenient and space of the carriage house over the high rise. Thanks for renting to us!
