Be among the first to enjoy our brand new, newly furnished, ocean block home! It's only 6 houses from the beach with no streets to cross! The house boasts a large second floor covered deck and a third floor sun deck with ocean views. Backyard with deck, gas grill, and outdoor eating area. Garage for storing bikes and beach gear.
There are two living areas, one on each floor, both with 42" plasma televisions and DVD players. Cable and WiFi. Perfect for adults and kids! The fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless appliances.
Five bedrooms include a first floor master with king bed and full bath and four second floor bedrooms. The second floor bedrooms include a junior master suite with vaulted ceilings (queen bed) and three additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Comfortably sleeps 12. Two and a half baths total and outdoor shower.
Walking distance to many great restaurants and activities! Come enjoy the beach!

My family and two others stayed in late July. As for the week, between your house and the weather we feel like we hit the LBI jackpot. This house is beautiful and very spacious perfectly designed. We will always remember the summer vacation we had at 115 E. Maryland. Believe me it will be hard to stay anywhere else. I was worried that there would not be enough room for all 3 families (6 Adults and 7 Kids). Was I ever wrong. The location is perfect everything you need is within walking distance. Ice cream, WaWa, Tavern, seafood (not necessarily in that order). One mile in each direction Bay village in one and my personal favorite Pinky Shrimp’s Blackened Tuna Sandwich in the other. Delicious! Thank you! PS. We all rocked the “ring toss” and I will be installing one on my patio shortly. If there is a house record it would be ours.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
This house made the trip from California, Ohio, Connecticut and New York well worth it!

The house was spectacular. The whole family, from adults to children, was very impressed with the house and really loved it. The location was ideal for us -- close to the beach (we didn't have to cross any streets to get there) and walking distance to a local convenience store, a great ice cream shop, and several good restaurants and casual dining establishments. We really appreciated not having to drive everywhere, and consequently rarely drove anywhere. The house was very well appointed and was even better than advertised. It was comfortable, spacious, modern, and very clean. The two living areas provided a great opportunity for the children to play their video games in a separate space from the adults. The upper deck provided a great view, and the second floor deck was breezy and very comfortable, even on a hot, sunny day. There was ample parking and the beach passes that were provided were a real plus. Thanks to this beach house, our extended family had a truly memorable vacation, all 13 of us!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

In August 2010 my family of four, In-laws, Sister-in-law, her husband and two children (a total of 10 people) spent a fabulous week at this beach house. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was immaculate and had plenty of space! Just a few from the beach with no streets to cross it couldn't have been a better location. The house was equipt with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation and had too many "extras" to list. The rooftop deck was a destination for the adults as the younger ones spent time everyday on the lower deck playing the ring toss game. We couldn't have asked for more in a beach house and can't wait to get back next year, Thank you for sharing your home with us! I have to add many of the neighbors on the street are also owners which was so nice, it was like being at a home away from home.
