Before we even set foot in the unit, Jody was such pleasure to work with. She always answered my calls and let us check in early so we had time to relax before attending a wedding. The unit exceeded my expectations. The view of the marsh was breathtaking. My absolute favorite part of the house was the screened in porch, with an amazing view and two very comfy lounging chairs. The kitchen made us feel at home, and was stocked with more than we could have asked for. The king sized sleep number bed was so comfortable, we had fun figuring out our perfect numbers. All the amenities were very easy to access (WiFi, cable, etc.) Sea brook is a wonderful place to stay, it is close to Charleston (which we LOVED), and yet it was far enough away to feel somewhat secluded. There are also tons of local sites to see. We visited the firefly distillery and the Angel Oak, both very cool places and a definite must see. Even though it was a little chilly to go swimming, the beaches were pristine and we felt like we walking on our own private beach. The local grocery store was AMAZING. They had local products and seafood, which was so fresh, as well as other "normal" grocery products. We ended up dining in most nights because of all the wonderful food the grocery had to offer. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

My wife & I spent a week at Jody's condo on Creek Watch this past June (2011). We had another couple for a few days. The place is perfect for 4 people. Plenty of room. The view of the estuary is remarkable & the breeze on the ocean side is a welcome relief. We brought 2 kayaks & were able to launch from a ramp less than a 1/4 mi away (walking distance). The local pool (~200 yds) was adequate if you just wanted to hang out for a quick dip w/o having to go to the clubhouse or the beach. The noise level was quiet. Be sure to mind the "recycle police" by making sure the recyleables are out by the curb at the correct time. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at Jody's.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Truley our favorite vacation destination ever. Outstanding accommodations with a million dollar view. Most memorable moment is having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the marsh and ocean with the two dolphins playing in Captain Sam's Creek not 50 feet from the deck. Unbelievably beautiful. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had just the best time at Seabrook and loved Jody and Todd's condo. We have never had such a full kitchen stocked with all kinds of goodies shared with us. Leisurely mornings on the deck, walks at night and the proximity to Charleston is just the very best. Loved our time! Thanks Jody and Todd...what wonderful hosts and more like family now! Blessings from our Lord on your wonderul home at Seabrook!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Great accommodations! Better than a hotel room in every respect including privacy, amenities and an overall home-like feel. The quiet atmosphere provided for a very relaxing escape. You can read a book on the back porch, go for a bike ride to the beach, or choose from a variety of other activities. Jody was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this villa!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is one of my top vacation destinations and the villa is a perfect place to stay. The location is fantastic, the screened porch is serene and it doesn't just feel like a beach house - it's a beach home. Will be back for my fourth visit this summer and I breathe a sigh of relief every time I open the front door. Cozy, well-furnished and comfortable, you will have a hard time leaving. I promise.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I met while attending college at the University of Kansas. We have been married 25 years and have a son enrolled at our alma mater. Growing up in the Midwest created a desire in both of us to be near the ocean. This dream was fulfilled when we discovered Seabrook Island. Within moments of arriving, we knew we had found a home. We plan to spend the rest of our lives on this idyllic island!
Why the Owner Chose Creek Watch Villas:
After searching for vacation property for months, we were convinced that we would have to settle for less than our dream. Then we arrived on Seabrook Island. We didn't know that places like this existed. We fell in love instantly! The spectacular beach and perfectly tended grounds invited us to stay and the playful dolphins sealed the deal. Everything we could need or want was on this perfect little piece of paradise. The only downside is leaving!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Since Seabrook is a private island, you can enjoy all of its natural beauty without the crowds of public vacation spots. Many times I have walked the beach and only seen a handful of seagulls! It is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places on earth. You will find yourself saying repeatedly 'I love this place!' followed by what we call 'The Seabrook Sigh', and inevitably, 'Just one more day.'
