As our guest you will get all of the amenities provided at the Waterscape. Our 2 bedroom (one King and two twin bed) condo with bunks area and pull out couch, provides plenty of room (1,292 sq. ft.) and space for your whole family (sleeps 8). Each bedroom has its own private full bath with separate tub and shower, and its own Plasma TV with cable and DVD. The unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and FREE Wireless Internet access. Our unit is located on the top floor (6th) with direct access to the pool, Lazy-River, BBQ grills, Fitness Center (with LCD HDTV screens on all “Life Fitness” exercise equipment: 3 treadmills, 3 elliptical, 2 bicycle machines and workout equipment) overlooking the pool/waterfall, direct beach access and parking garage.
The view of the beach and the water from our unit is unobstructed. Luxurious amenities in the courtyard that are second to none including two pools, one Lazy River pool, wading pool with built-in water toys, and two hot tubs.
SNOWBIRD SPECIALS … one or more (multiple) monthly rental are available. Only $47.50/per night for monthly rentals (these rates are for winter only). Cleaning fee and tax are extra.

Condo was larger than what we expected. Nice, large bathrooms. Everything was clean. Waterscape was a great place to stay with a family. Lots of activities for the kids. Would also be great for just a couple's getaway. This was our first time to Ft Walton and we are ready to return!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We are a military family and have stayed at MANY condos. This one was, by far, the easiest to book and check out. The OWNER IS GREAT TO WORK WITH and the CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL. The interior decorating is luxurious and very comfortable. The beds had supportive mattresses, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, and the condo has everything you will need (including huge garden tubs!) Also, the owner gave us an incredibly GREAT WINTER RATE!! Enjoy!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I highly recommend this condo. It was 1000x better than what we even expected. This is a very neat, clean and elegant condo. Very nicely decorated. A lot of space. Very well laid out floor plan. This condo has way more room than the pictures lead on. All the nice trimmings....nothing cheap! The whole waterscape building is extremely nice. It has a 6 deck covered parking garage. This place was awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. I definitely plan on staying at this place every time I come down that way. : )
