The Unique Benefits of this Large Estate on Over 10 Acres
The quaint town of Evergreen features a winter skating rink with piped in music and skate rental area. The famous "Little Bear" nightclub and restaurant is located in town. Hear top name performers several nights a week. Summer is a great time to take a drive up to Mt. Evans the highest paved road in North America. This road is closed once the snows starts falling in the autumn and doesn't open up again until late spring. If you're in shape, this is a fantastic road to bike as well.
