The master bedroom and loft is open to below, while the downstairs bedroom has sliding barn doors for privacy.

Built with structurally insulated panels, the 8 and 10 inch walls maintain constant temperatures throughout the summer and winter months. With western vineyard and pasture views, once inside you are engulfed in the historic, agrarian roots of the structure set amongst a magnificent 150 year old oak tree.
