This property features a 24-hour security staffed entrance. You’ll find everything needed to make your vacation complete including several swimming pools (including one indoor/outdoor pool heated throughout the winter), four lighted tennis courts, lighted racquetball courts, discount golf packages for local courses, and a ton more.
There are miles and miles of wide sandy beaches for excellent day trips or evening walks. Visit Anastasia State Park to see a true wildlife sanctuary. The park surrounds much of Salt Run where fishing abounds along with water sports and boating.

About the owner: We have owned for 9 yr. and loved every minute we get to spend here. We live 2 & 1/2 hr. south so if it is not rented we go for the weekend. St Augustine has so much history and it is a beautiful area. The beach is awesome and we find the people great also. I think everyone that visits will find something to do.

Walt & I have 10 grandchildren and they all love this area. We feel very safe here with the security.
