Our lovely villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large private screened pool area, which is south west facing and perfect for watching the glorious sunsets. The villa has been decorated in pale pastel shades and has a relaxed and peaceful tropical feel. There are two full sets of golf clubs, one with a stand bag and one with a carry bag, available for your use.
This fully equipped air conditioned villa provides well furnished accommodation, the ‘Florida Great Room’ has two large sofas, cable TV with DVD/VCR machine and cd player. WIFI is provided with FREE LANDLINE TELEPHONE CALLS TO MAINLAND U.S. AND CANADA.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, separate oval bath and twin basins. Two hairdryers are provided.
There is a queen bedroom with views over the pool area, as well as two further bedrooms each containing 2 twin beds. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over. All linens and accessories are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker, washer, dryer and all utensils, cookware and dinner ware. There is also an additional breakfast area with table and chairs.
The pool and extra large lanai area has views of the nearby small lake and wildlife and the fully screened deck area has sun loungers with 2 umbrellas, table and chairs and a gas barbecue for guests to use. It’s a wonderful sunny spot for relaxing.

We had been to Bradenton many times with our children and really enjoyed the Florida lifestyle and wonderful beaches, so decided it was the perfect place to own a holiday home.

We have stayed at this villa twice now and almost certainly will again. My husband, children and I love to spend a day at the beach and come back to relax by the pool and have a barbecue. There is plenty of room and the bedrooms are nicely decorated and very clean - although we tend to spend most of our time outside in the shaded area or in the pool. The villa feels more like a home than like a rental because of the thoughtful additions of things like wi-fi, pool toys, beach towels, and plastic margarita glasses! You can take a day trip to Disney or better yet, go to Adventure Island in Tampa - which is a great option on a hot day. The Gulf beaches are beautiful and it's not uncommon to see dolphins in the wild. There are many villas to choose from in Florida, but we prefer this one because of its size, comfortable furnishings, and the fabulous pool and patio area. The owners are really helpful and courteous, and offer great value for money.
