This condo-motel unit is ideal for a family of 4. There is a large swimming pool with a grass courtyard, picnic tables and charcoal grills. It is a family place located a short distance from all that Truro and Province Town have to offer. Highland Light House is a short drive with it's historic golf linx course one of the first in the country. There is bike riding, hiking and nature tours available at the National Sea Shore. Province Town and all of its amenities are only 6 miles away. If you want a relaxing affordable stay in Truro this is a good spot. The condo is rutic but comfortable. The unit can sleep up to six using the pull out couch. There is room for fisherman to park and store a good size boat. Linens are provided as is daily maid service in July and August. Towel service in the spring and fall. It is not fancy but is affordable.

About the owner: I am 52, married with two children. I spent summers in Truro as a child and love to be there. I currently live in Los Angeles but try to get to the Cape every summer. I am a builder, I read a lot, would like to do sculpture and maybe make some documentaries. I would be please to have you stay in our place in Truro.

I love Truro. It is like no other place, there is just something magical about it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Truro is it's own unique place, the Pamet Harbor is a sand harbor unlike any other place I have been and my favorite spot on the planet. Corn Hill beach which is just a mile down a winding old road is on Cape Cod Bay, the water is warm and it is a safe spot for children. When the tide comes up at Corn Hill there is a large area on the beach that becomes a tide pool about 12 inches deep with little fish and hermit crabs, young children love it. Long Nook is a town beach in Truro that is only open to people staying in Truro. I believe it is the most majestic beach on Cape Cod, spectacular dunes and surf. The bass and blue fishing off Truro is great. The Castle Hill Center for the arts is about a mile away and offers all sorts of art courses. The location of this unit is central to all Truro and Province Town have to offer. For fisherman there is easy boat storage. Moderate quarters that are reasonably priced.
