The home is outfitted with two and a half bathrooms, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets, hardwoods, and original softwood floors throughout. Eat in the spacious kitchen, or separate dining room. After dinner, retire to one of five bedrooms featuring one queen-size, three double, and one pair of single beds. All linens, dishes, and utensils are provided for your convenience.
There are two main floor living rooms and an upstairs den suitable for quiet enjoyment of your favorite book while gazing at a nearby island and the blue waters of the strait. The three living areas are adorned with original solid plaster crown moldings, and generous trim work to accent the period color scheme throughout. TV, DVD, and Stereo with CD player are provided for your entertainment pleasure. High Speed Internet access with Wifi is also available.
There are three island golf courses within a ten-minute drive. The beach is just a few minutes walk to the front of the property, and Fort Amherst National Park is within a short picturesque drive. Situated less than a 1/2 hour from Charlottetown, the capital city, and 45 minutes to Cavendish and the North Shore tourist attraction areas, you are never far from the action!
