Off season Rates are $175.00 per night (2 night minimum)
Advance rental reservations and a deposit of $300.00 is required to secure your
booking. At departure and after property inspection, deposit will be returned if
no damage or inventory is found to be missing. All rental due at time of check
in. We accept cash only if payment is at the time of arrival.

I purchased this rental because of is location on the Matagorda Island with a view of the Colorado River, positioned between East and West Matagorda Bays and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico via auto or boat.Winter time offers the Best of Matagorda with mild weather and plenty of hunting along with the fishing.
The Unique Benefits at this House
If you enjoy cooking, this is the place with a fully loaded kitchen and gas grill located under the gazebo with the charcoal/wood burning smoker. It is located on a dead end street and is very quite and walking distance to the cafe just 200 yards away located at the boat ramp.
THis part of the river turns into brine water and then fresh. Great spot for water sking.
