Casa Paquita features four bedrooms and three and a half baths in the main house, as well as a den with futon. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!
The house sleeps 11/12 people with 2 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen futon.

House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week. Our house-keeper also offers baby-sitting and cooking services at an additional fee.

Year Purchased: 2004
We have been married over 30 years and have vacationed all over the world. But we have come to love Cost Rica for its warm people as well as its natural beauty. We have 2 adult children and 1 grandchild that also share in our affection for this beautiful country. We have spent the last 27 years in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but now spend a good deal of time in Costa Rica!
Why the Owner Chose Playa Langosta
We fell in love with Costa Rica the first time we visited in August, 2000. We enjoy the beaches of Guanacaste as well as the diverse activities the area offers. The surfing, golfing, fishing, turtle watching, horseback riding, zip-lining, and boating are all great. And the restaurants are world class!!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Casa Paquita is an extraordinary location, directly on the Pacific Ocean. When you awaken in the morning and open the curtains the blue waters of the Pacific are very calming. Just walk out the back gate and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is very spiritual!!!
