This cozy modern lake escape is one you won't want to pass up. Our one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a romantic couples' getaway, or a week of fun for the family in beautiful Hot Springs National Park. You will enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton and the Ouachita Mountains from our large balcony.
The condo is professionally decorated with modern decor and luxury bedding. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The large flat screen tv is equipped with a DVD player and video library for all ages. The covered back deck is furnished with comfortable furniture and has a gas grill for your grilling and lake enjoyment.
Condo also has a boat dock for your boat or jet ski. For your vacation convenience we will also do your grocery shopping so that your pantry and refrigerator are stocked for your stay. For that special occasion, we will get everything you need..groceries, wine and flowers for one low fee.
Our condo is within minutes of many of Hot Springs' finest restaurants and attractions, some of which may be accessed by boat.

$950 monthly rental with $200 refundable security deposit.
**$35 cleaning fee on 2/7nt rental.
**$70 cleaning fee on monthly rentals or $35 every 2 weeks.
**$35 plus cost of groceries for pantry and refrigerator stocking.
**$100 security deposit/I will not process credit card unless damages to condo.
