Built of beautiful local hardwoods, the house is totally self-sufficient, relying on solar power and a water catchment system. On the main level you will find an open living space with full kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area with a queen size bed. A private full bath and closet complete the interior space. Large screened windows allow for unobstructed views of the ocean, jungle and grounds that rival the most spectacular botanical gardens. Wrap-around porches provide additional viewing areas on this level. The screened windows of the lower level provide the same views and offer a queen size bed, private bath and sitting area accessed by a large deck.
