The Skiers Den
The Skiers Den is a warm and comfortable, 1900 square foot townhome located on the north side of Breckenridge.
A view of the woods greets you in the living area. Easily access anything Breckenridge has to offer on the free shuttle that picks you up four times an hour, just a short walk down toward the rec center. The complex has easy access to town and the slopes. In the summer you can hike right from the back door or use this same trail to snowshoe or cross country ski in the winter.
Soothe away the time in our private sauna, or spend a quiet night in front of one of our three fireplaces. The complex rec center features a heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.
The home has recently undergone many upgrades including all new bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, fresh paint, new furnishings and linens, flat screen TVs, playstation and other games provided for your enjoyment. The home also provides private laundry facilities in the unit.
This home will accommodate your group in comfort. The littlest guests will find cribs and highchairs provided for their use.

The Skier’s Den is “beary” spacious and has it all! Spanning three-floors above ground, the home has 3 bedrooms including TWO “masters” with their own fireplaces. All bedrooms are situated on the second and third floors and have very comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. The living room/dining room area has room for the entire family and a cozy fireplace for those cool nights. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook would need. The townhome features a brand new propane grill for an evening BBQ and a private sauna for your relaxation after a long day of hiking or hitting the slopes in winter.
The recreation center is just a few steps away and offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool as well as two hot tubs- one indoor and one outdoor. I enjoyed sitting with my bear friends in the outdoor hot tub under the stars in the beautiful mountain setting! This townhome offers a convenient location, also. It’s close to a grocery store, a library and the Summit Stage bus stop provides easy access to the town of Breckenridge, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and many other local attractions.

We stayed here the second week of Jan 2012 and loved it. The only negatives I would have to say were that there were only 3 working lights in the entire condo when we arrived...simply went to the local market and purchased 14 bubls total. There was a bit of an annoying drain issue in the laundry room to when the washing machine would spin and empty it backed up into the floor thru the floor drain making a huge mess. I did let Shane know and he prompty notified the appropriate personnel...however it still did this until we departed. Beautiful condo, wonderful furnishings! Just note the bus route no longer picks up up at the driveway that time of year, so you have to walk to the bus stop which is a bummper in ski boots. We will definitely return.

Sorry about that. I assume the group before you had the same issue. They never mentioned it. The bus schedule has changed this year. It picks up about a half a block down the road now near the rec enter.

Clean and updated. Easy location to get to all that Breck has to offer. Perfect for 3 small families. Kids slept on different levels so parents could stay up and have their fun, too! Bedrooms nice that they are on different levels for children napping and others can play elsewhere without waking them. Useful kitchen and owners easy to work with. We will definitely return for more visits!!!
