This beautiful three bedroom condominium is located at The Whaler a small quiet complex of only 27 units on the beach in Gulf Shores. The beauty of this recently renovated gulf front unit is that all three bedrooms have a view of the beach. The Whaler has a large beach front pool that is just steps off the sparkling white beach with plenty of areas to lounge in & out of the sun. It’s a short distance to the waters edge with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
This unit has three large bedrooms and 2 baths with a beautiful balcony accessible from both the living room & master bedroom and is located on the third floor making it just as easy to take the stairs as the elevator. All floors are ceramic tiled. The master bedroom has a king bed and the attached master bath has a granite countertop, hammered copper sink and jetted tub. Not only is there a window overlooking the Gulf from the master bedroom but there is also a sliding glass door for access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has a window facing the Gulf. The third bedroom has twin beds and because the building is at an angle, the window in this room also affords a view of the Gulf. Both these bedrooms share a bath with granite countertops & a hammered copper sink. The modern stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops boasts all your traditional appliances.
There is not a better place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to have a cocktail watching the sunset than off the balcony of this unit.

My husband & I grew up in New Orleans and have spent many vacations on the beach. It's always been a dream of ours to own a place on the beach where we can retire to in our later years. There is something so peaceful about hearing the surf of the Gulf.
Why the Owner Chose The Whaler
We love Gulf Shores because of the beautiful white beaches and that it is driving distance from our home in New Orleans.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is unique in that all three bedrooms have a view of the Gulf. We have the front of the building so one room gets the sunrise while the master bedroom catches the sunset.

This condo was better than advertised. It was neat, clean and affordable. The decor was fantastic with attention to detail. Lots of storage so we were not tripping over our stuff or each other as there were 5 of us. It advertises 3 bedrooms and it means three good sized rooms. There were plenty of towels, sheets and a full capacity washer/dryer. All the appliances functioned and have been kept clean. Great central location and within walking distance to several shops and places to eat. The owner was a breeze to work with and responded to our request quickly. The steps to rent the unit were hassle free considering that we rented a few days prior to our trip. We enjoyed it so much we recommended it to a family member who rented the unit a week later and called as soon as she arrived to tell us how much they liked the unit. We plan to stay there again in the future.

WE WERE SO EXCITED WHEN WE SAW THE INSIDE OF THE CONDO. IT LOOKED LIKE A MAGAZINE LAYOUT. IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION FOR OUR GETAWAY. FELT SAFE. THIS WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY SON AND HIS FAMILY. WISH WE COULD HAVE HAVE STAYED LONGER...... GREAT...

We had great vacation, this is the first time we stay at condo for beach vacation, and very tahnkful we picked the right condo. The condo is very nice, and has great quality bed. I can't thank Dia enough for this real quick get away. I stayed here on 6/17/11 just before a 30 yr. HS reunion. It was beautiful. Extremely spacious and quiet. I really wish I could have booked it for the whole weekend. I will return as often as I can. I loved it and the owners are fabulous to work with and respond very quickly. Don't hesitate to stay here, you WON'T be disappointed. Thanks Dia you were great!

Just wanted to say we aboslutely loved our trip to the beach. It was our baby"s first trip to the beach and she loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our condo we stayed in. Perfect location and nice and quiet compared to ther places. It felt like we were staying in someones home. Very cozy and peaceful. Dia and her husband were very helpful with all our requests and great to work with. We definitely plan on making this a yearly trip and have intentions of trying to always stay in this condo.

I looked at many condos online before choosing this one, and I'm glad I did. There are six (6) women in our group (50++) who have been friends for many years - some as long as 40+ years. We try to get together at least once a year, sometimes twice if we can manage. We have 4 from LA., 1 from MS, and 1 from TN. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, the view, the waves, and so much more. The owners were terrific to deal with and worked with us regarding the oil spill, which was gone by January, 2011. I highly recommend this condo, well worth it!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this condo. I particularly liked the views from both bedrooms and the living room as well. I would recommend this condo to stay in to anyone. The owners are really great and have decorated the condo nicely. There were 4 adults and two children in our party, and we had plenty of room. Another plus for The Whaler - it is close to activities and shopping, but far enough away to be private.
