The Shannon Family Rental home is located in stunning Newport Beach, California. This house is a home away from home.... Many amenities are included such as coffee, beach towels, bikes, internet, Cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You will enjoy a 5 minute walk to beach.
Use of Olympic sized pool, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.
One of the favorite things about this house is we are so close to the beach. You can also jump on the beach bikes and take a refreshing ride to Balboa Pier, take the Ferry to Balboa Island or ride to the Newport Pier or the Huntington Beach Pier on the boardwalk for an excellent meal with a view.
You will enjoy comfortable beds with good linens.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Newport Beach is an ideal vacation city, year round, with perfect California weather every day. There are restaurants to suit every taste, several within walking distance. Groceries and beach supplies are within walking distance, with one of the largest and most beautiful outdoor shopping malls just a 10 minute drive away. Boating, surfing, kayaking, Duffy rental, fishing, day trips and so much more are within 2 miles of our home. In Newport Shores there are tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, plus a swimming pool just a short block away, available to you at no extra charge. The beach is just a short walk down the street. The water is clean, warm, and safe. Lifeguards are at the pool and beach during summer months.

We have decided to keep our family home as a vacation rental, and hope that you enjoy it as much as we have, growing up in such a lovely community. We surf, skateboard, snowboard, and loved living in Newport Shores with such close access to the beach and mountains.
