The Unique Benefits at this House
There is an ocean view from the deck on the second level. There is a lovely garden with sitting areas and fountains in the front yard. The home is an easy 5 minute walk to Main Beach and the downtown area of Laguna Beach, great location.

Peaceful and Relaxing Location - Just Close enough to Village, Restaurants and Main Beach

We had a wonderful week's stay with another couple in this spacious 2 bedroom home. We especially loved the open ceilings and multiple open windows to feel the ocean breeze, really bright and airy. PERFECT LOCATION being just close enough to Main Beach (4-5 short blocks) and even closer to the village stores and restaurants. This house is just up far enough from the main traffic thoroughfares and daytime summer crowds, so it is extremely tranquil at all times. We could even hear the waves crashing on the beach late at night. We parked our car in the driveway and didn't need to move it all week... just walked all over town, everything is close by and convenient. Ralph's Market is an easy two blocks away. Will definitely stay there again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
