The fully equipped kitchen features all new electric appliances, a breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen. There is also an additional dining area in the Great Room with seating for up to 8 people. The Great Room features a wood-burning fireplace and flat screen TV and opens to a covered patio with a gas grill, comfortable patio furniture, a private pool and inground spa.
The house is located on a quiet street in Estrella Mountain Ranch a short walk from the South Lake. At the end of the street there is access to the walking and biking trails, a children's playground, tennis courts, horseshoes, the lake, and a picnic area. The two lakes at Estrella Mountain Ranch offer catch/release fishing and boating opportunities for paddleboats and small sailboats. The Jack Nicklaus designed desert golf course is located a few blocks from the home.
An additional public course is near the Estrella Mountain Regional Park. Phoenix International Raceway and the Goodyear Stadium, the new Spring Training facility for the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds major league baseball teams, are both near the home. The Goodyear area provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, numerous golf courses and other amenities.
