LOCATION!
This brand new home is located just one block from Main Street Louisville, only steps from local restaurants, bars, shops, community parks and pool and local bike/pedestrian paths that travel through Louisville and beyond. We are only about 10 minutes from Boulder. During the Summer Louisville has a Friday night Street Faire and Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Although you will be right downtown, Louisville is a very quiet town with that cozy small town feel.
THE HOUSE!
This house was custom built and completed in November 2008. Everything about this house is tasteful and full of quality finishes including all of the furnishings. Walk up to the front cover porch where you can watch people walk by while sipping a drink on the outdoor wicker chairs and a love seat. Step through the elegant 8’ front door into the main level with 9' ceilings, 8' int. doors and tons of light. The entire main level has solid Cherry floors that also lead upstairs. You’ll find a large office with oversized windows overlooking the front yard. A formal dining room, that can comfortably seat 8, greets you just off the entry and connects to the gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. All the appliances are top quality Bosch including a double convection oven and 5 burner gas range top. The kitchen opens to a raised bar with 4 bar stools that share the space with the Breakfast Nook. Just off the Kitchen is the formal living room looking out to the back patio and yard.
OUTDOOR COOKING!
Just through the 8’ high by 8’ wide sliding doors you’ll be greeted by the shaded back patio. Grill on the large gas grill and share the outdoors with your family and guests. You can even take a nap in the shade on the hammock in the back yard. Keep in mind, plenty of great restaurants and bars are just one block from the back yard.
MASTER LEVEL!
Follow the Cherry floors upstairs to the Master Level. Here you’ll find a wonderfully furnished master suite with king sized bed, vaulted ceilings and a master bath to die for. An oversized 6’ jetted tub that can fit two, a huge shower with two shower heads, double sinks with plenty of counter space and the walk in closet with a Washer and Dryer. In addition to the master suite you’ll find 2 guest bedrooms that share a full bath with tub. All of the bathrooms have custom tile on the walls and floors.
BASEMENT AND TV ROOM!
The basement has extra tall ceiling and feels cozy but still open and well lit. You’ll find a TV room with a 42" Flat Screen TV, with digital cable including HBO, STARZ and some HD channels. The basement also has the 4th bedroom with its own bath and just like the other bathrooms all the tile work is custom.
You will not be disappointed with this vacation home. Everything you’ll need is here waiting for you. Come and enjoy the best that Colorado has to offer.

Rocky Mountain National Park is less than 1 hour northwest.
