  We had such a great time staying in this appartment. It was spacious and fully equipped with everything needed, even beachchairs and a beach umbrella was offered. In the evening the Weber Gasgrill was perfect for some BBQ. Within 5 min walking distance there is a great beach and in the rare case it does rain a day Tanger outlet for shopping and the Hamptons are not far away. I can fully recommend this appartment. Thanks again Amal & Manny we had a great time and Paul is already missing Diva ! We enjoyed the cookies on the way back home ot Germany. Just be careful of the Southould Police they really like to issue parking tickets on the beaches

  I really enjoyed my stay at this rental the apartment was perfect for me and my three year old and the area was amazing. It remined me a little of Italy with all the vineyards. A nice, clean and quiet place with great hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and taking in all the beautiful scenery.

  We had a very comfortable weekend stay at Manny and Amal's. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the house was stocked with all the necessities.

  Manny and Amal, I had a great week in your wonderful apartment. Thanks for literally treating me like family. Perfect place for someone traveling alone as I did. Amal -- sorry I didn't get to say goodbye but wanted an early start. Thank you for all the delicious treats.

  Manny and Amal- thank you so much for a wonderful weekeend. Your house was lovely and we appreciated all the little extras that you provided to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend to any age group- we were a group of 26 year olds.

  Manny & Amal, or hosts, were so fine. They were helpful without being intrusive. The accommodations were just perfect. We could walk to the (sound) beach and the bay beach was just a short drive. Good supermarket and farms to pick your own a short drive.We will be back to stay with them again. I highly recommend this place for vacation.

  We recently stayed at this property for two weeks. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we had a table and chairs outside. The owners are lovely people and I enjoyed sitting on their deck or in the yard talking with them and eating some of Amal's delicious sweets. They are both very accommodating and helpful. With the rental contract, for $10 we got a sticker good for 2010 and 2011 to use two Mattituck parks beaches. One was about 1 minute away by car. There was also a brand new state boat launch about two minutes away where we launched our kayaks either to go into LI Sound or up Mattituck Inlet. The area surrounding area is beautiful and wonderful for bicycling, etc. We loved it there and look forward to returning

  Wonderful, quiet, peaceful location. All new lovely accommodations. Steps to private beach and convenient to all the East End sites. Owners were great. Was warm enough to sit on the beach.

  What a lucky find this apartment was. The apartment was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean in a great location just footsteps from the beach. The owners were incredibly accomodating and went above and beyond any expectations to make their guests feel welcome. Couldn't recommend this apartment more, and hope to return again on my next trip to Mattituck.
