We had been traveling to Aruba for 15 years and just love the Aruban people, the pace of life, the beaches and the golf course at Tierra del Sol. When they opened the Bella Vista lots to allow for custom built homes we jumped at this chance and have enjoyed it ever since..

I stayed with my friends at this amazing property March 21th thru 29th,2009. The lay-out is perfect for 2 families,one extended family or a large group of friends like the ones that I traveled with. You could certainly eat out at a different restaurant every night within minutes of this home & experience great island food, but between the fully equipped kitchen & wonderful grill available we just couldn't pull ourselves away from this relaxing home to eat out very much. It was just too tempting to lounge pool side as the sun gently set! All of the bedrooms are very large with amazing views. The views of the lighthouse was my personal favorite! It goes without saying that this home would be a golfer's dream, as you could golf every day here & then relax in your own pool or hit one of the many clean beaches. I did walk to a beautiful nearby beach more than once, but to experience the complete island you are going to need a car. I loved taking daily walks every morning & everyone that I passed was so friendly I just felt like I lived here. We went snorkeling & I highly recommend it. I have been many times in Hawaii & there you really have to be concerned with high waves. But not in Aruba!! I was amazed at how peaceful & calm the water seemed to be every day! Which makes snorkeling & diving a dream. I did have a few questions before I arrived just to make sure that I brought with me the things that I needed & the owner always responded very quickly to my e-mails, which really gave me peace of mind. All I can say is that the 8 days went way too quickly & to this day I wished that I had stayed for 10 days (at least)!! It is just well worth it, but I just wouldn't take the chance of staying any place other than this home because staying here was just such a big part of why this was our groups dream vacation. I hope you make it your's too, unless it's a week that I want to come back!!

I'm sure we will back in the future and we will take you up on the offer then. As a matter of fact, my aunt is putting the pressure on the family to return next year so who knows. Also, I will probably be putting several people in touch with you as we have been showing off our pictures and everyone loves the house and are asking for contact information.

Our Family of 9 with ages from 12 to 60 enjoyed having a place to escape in this " 5 star" home. The inside of this home will take your breath away. Title floors , comfortable beds and baths for everyone. The Kitchen is full size with many extras , enought room for all of us to cook and eat. The outside patio is huge and we enjoyed our time grilling our catch of the day. Clifton met us at the airport and made our trip easy. The pool and parrots are something I'll dream about till next year. We will be back then.

We had a great week in Aruba. This was our second time visiting and our visit this time was even better than the last time, thanks to this beautiful home! The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The pool was great and our kids made good use of the pool floats, rafts, and noodles that were in the garage. It was very nice that the home had beach chairs too. My husband liked having Wi-Fi available although he was on his blackberry more often as a result!) Renting from Joe was very easy and we are hoping to go for a return visit soon. We found the home randomly on the Internet and are so pleased we did! The spa at Tierra del Sol was great and not super-expensive. Clifton (the local house manager) was very helpful too. I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful home.

It was fantastic! Clifton was teriffic and took good care of us. The house was perfect and we enjoyed every minute! We did not want to leave! I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks again for a fantastic vacation and an incredible villa. FYI: you should add Cuba's Cooking to you list of recommended restaurants. We hit all the ususals but also had a great meal and lots of fun at a local Cuban restaurant down town.
