Lake front residence in Lake Hendricks Minnesota. Located in western Minnesota near South Dakota border. Home exits onto the lake exhibiting beautiful water views. This fully furnished cabin provides three individual bedrooms all featuring queen beds. A private loft hosts an additional queen bed. One of the bedroom's queen sleeper is bunk style with a twin above and the larger queen on bottom. All beds and mattresses are new and in excellent, comfortable and clean condition. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living area. Two bathrooms within: main floor is a full bathroom and a 3/4 bathroom is in the basement. It hosts a shower instead of a bathtub. Soft bath towels are provided for indoor use only.
In the basement, there is a ping-pong and foosball table with plenty of room to play both games at the same time with larger parties. A washer and dryer is available if needed.
Outside, there are several tables for relaxing. One is located next to the water or the beach area of the home. The other table is located on the grassy portion of the rear yard. There is a screened in porch as well. Fishing is great year round, just be prepared to do ice fishing in the winter months.
If golfing is desirable, the Lake Hendricks golf resort is a short walk away. The golf rates are very reasonable and scheduling tee times is only required on the weekends. Local tournaments are held weekly.
The home can accommodate large groups up to 15+ people, or is perfect as an intimate setting for small parties. Please email or call for additional pictures.

Great house, poor lake
Great house, poor lake
My family and I stayed in this lake house for a week at the end of July and early August and found the house to be wonderful. The beds were super soft and comfortable and the house was nice. There were a few things that were a bit disappointing to us, however. We chose this house because we thought there would be a dock provided and there wasn't, but there was a nice beach area not too far from the house. However the lake itself was full of green stuff. Not sure if it was seaweed or what but it was so gross we didn't want to swim in it, so that was a bummer. We weren't sure if it was due to the time of year we stayed or if it's always this way at Lake Hendricks. Aside from the lake and dock issue, though, we found everything else to be quite lovely. The neighbors were very nice and the people in town were super friendly. So if you are looking for the lake views but not necessarily the swimming, this house would be perfect!
